"The mission of the Benton County Court Administrator's Office is to process cases through the court system in a professional and efficient manner in compliance with Minnesota law and Supreme Court rule, and to aid the public regarding court procedure in the manner prescribed and allowed by law."

The Court Administrator's Office is responsible for managing the daily administrative and support operations of the court and for processing the various cases that are filed in Benton County including all family, conciliation, criminal, civil, probate, juvenile and traffic cases. The office is also responsible for collecting all court fees and fines, management of the jury process and notification of all hearing dates scheduled before the Judges.
