Paying by Mail

If paying your fine by mail, DO NOT SEND CASH. Make your check or money order payable to "Court Administrator." Mail the payments to:

Please include your file number or citation number on your check. Your payment MUST be received prior to your scheduled court appearance which is indicated on the front side of your ticket.

Paying in Person

If paying the ticket in person, payments can be made at the counter located in the Benton County Courts Facility, 615 Highway 23, Foley, Minnesota. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You may also pay your fine by credit card through a Visa Card or Master Card in person or by phone by calling the main number (320) 968-5205. Court administration will accept fine payments by credit card from 8:00 a.m. until 3:45 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Proof of Insurance Citation

If you have received a no proof of insurance citation, you may mail your proof of insurance to court administration at the post office box address listed above or fax it to (320) 968-5353.

Please include the name of the person who received the citation and either the file number or citation number. Please be sure that the proof of insurance indicates insurance coverage on the date the citation was issued.

You may wish to verify that your no proof of insurance charge was dismissed by contacting court administration at (320) 968-5205 at least 24 hours after your proof of insurance was received.
