Emergency Notification System
The Emergency Mass Notification System is a form of "Reverse 911" where you are called if there is an emergency in your area. We rely on the public records for phone numbers. If you have one of the following types of numbers you will not be called with emergency information:
- unlisted number
- unpublished number
- cell phone number
However, you can use this site to register your land line or cell phones so you can receive emergency notifications and public announcements from your local County and City Government within Benton County.
Many areas of the county do not have outdoor warning sirens. This system will be used to notify those areas of severe weather. The Benton County Sheriff and City Police Departments will also use the system to alert neighborhoods of any crime alerts.
