Sauk Rapids Youth Hockey, St. Cloud Youth Hockey, Sauk Rapids High School, and Sauk Rapids-Sartell Girls Hockey are the primary renters of the arena. Open skating is also available to the public. Special events held at the arena are the Benton County Fair, the Jose Coles Circus, the Pantowners Antique, the Car Club Show, and the Roller Hockey League.

The Municipal Athletic Complex, or the MAC, includes Dave Torrey Arena, Ritche Arena, Dick Putz Field, Joe Faber Field, Veteran's Public Golf Course, and MN Veteran's Memorial Plaza.

National Hockey Center, St. Cloud

Located on campus at St. Cloud State University, the National Hockey Center hosts games to the following groups: St. Cloud State Men's and Women's Hockey, St. John's University Hockey, and Sartell High School Hockey. Various high school and youth hockey practices, youth hockey tournaments, summer camps, open hockey/skating, and concerts are also held in the Center.

Located in St. Cloud, the Whitney Senior Center provides citizens, predominantly 55 and over with recreational activities and classes, special health programs and services, and free support groups.

Paramount Theatre and Arts District, St. Cloud

The Paramount is a renovated historical theater that hosts performances by the Troupe Theatre, County Stearns Theatrical Company, and Central MN Children's Theater. A gallery and art classes are also available.
