Help Requested From the Public Regarding the Death of Jamie Wylie

Investigators continue to seek the public's help with information related to the death of Jamie Wylie, 31 of Foley, Minn. Mr. Wylie's body was discovered on March 25, 2014 on the side of County Road 75 between Mayhew Lake Road and East St. Germain Street in Benton County. A preliminary autopsy by the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office found that Wylie died as a result of homicidal violence. The autopsy determined Wylie died as a result of a gunshot wound. He had been reported missing in December 2013.

The Benton County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death with assistance from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
