NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

IP-BASED COMMUNICATIONS SOLUTION FOR BENTON COUNTY

NOTICE is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by Benton County Auditor Treasurer, until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 31st, 2017, for a premise-based countywide IP-Based Communications solution for Benton County. The requirements outlining the proposal can be obtained in the link below or requested directly by contacting Steve Stang at sstang@co.benton.mn.us.

Proposals will be opened and read publicly at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 31, 2017 in the County Board Room, Government Center, Foley, Minnesota by the County Auditor Treasurer.

The County reserves the right to modify the scope and specifications as circumstances require, including but not limited to adding, changing, or deleting proposed locations.  The County also reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
