NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 

PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES FOR BENTON COUNTY FACILITIES

 

NOTICE is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by Benton County Auditor Treasurer, until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 30th, 2017, for provision of cleaning services for County facilities located in Foley, MN. The requirements outlining the proposal can be viewed on Benton County’s website at www.co.benton.mn.us, on the main page.

 

All bidders wishing consideration must participate in a mandatory walk-through of the facilities on either October 13 or October 16, 2017. Please contact the Property Management Director at (320) 968-5190 or by e-mail at jwhitcom@co.benton.mn.us to schedule your walk-through.

 

Proposals will be opened and read publicly at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 30, 2017 in the County Board Room, Government Center, Foley, Minnesota by the Benton County Auditor Treasurer’s Office.

 

The County reserves the right to modify the scope and specifications as circumstances require.  The County also reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
