The Jail division provides custodial care for up to 102 inmates. They also provide court security and transport prisoners.

Visiting hours:
Tuesdays 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Thursdays 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

You must be on an approved visitor list 24 hours prior to any visits. It is the inmate’s responsibility to complete a request to have anyone placed on the approved visitor list. Inmate must have a potential visitor’s full name, date of birth, address, and telephone number. All visitors are required to wear clothing appropriate for a public place. No short shorts, low cut tank tops or shirts are permitted.

• When the system answers enter the first 3 letters of the inmate’s last name;
• You will then have 20 seconds to leave a message for this inmate.

Money may be deposited on an inmate’s account either through the mail or in person at the Benton County Jail. The jail accepts only cash, no checks or credit cards.
