BENTON COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES IS COVERED UNDER MINNESOTA MERIT SYSTEM

HOW TO APPLY:

• complete a Minnesota Merit System application for each position that you are interested in
• send the application into Minnesota Merit System
• certain positions require specific work history and/or education
• majority of positions require that you take an examination (at no cost)
• Minnesota Merit will inform you of an examination date
• after passing the examination, you will be on a register for one year

When an opening occurs with Benton County Human Services, we send for a register from Minnesota Merit System and set up interviews with interested candidates.
