12/03/2009 - Miss Teen Minnesota International Officials are proud to announce:  That Kelsie Kiekow Has been named 2010 Miss Teen Benton County International and will represent our community at the 2010 Miss Teen Minnesota International Pageant, March 6th & 7th, 2010 at the Ritsche Auditorium in St. Cloud, Minnesota, where she will compete for grand prizes package with a scholarship up to $10,000.00 and the opportunity to represent at the 2010 Miss Teen International Pageant.  Her official banner and crown was presented by Jim McMahon Benton County Chairman and the reigning Miss Teen Minnesota International 2009, Jessica Scheu on December 1, 2009 at the Benton County Court House. 

Kelsie Kiekow is the daughter of Wesley and Kelly Kiekow of Sauk Rapids.  Kelsie is a Junior at Sauk Rapids Rice High School.

The Miss Teen International Pageant system recognizes young women for their commitment to professional and community stewardship, throughout her year.  Miss Teen Benton County International will not only compete for the state crown, but she will also be available to speak on her “platform” SADD “STUDENTS AGAINST DESTRUCTIVE DECISIONS”   Kelsie will be making appearances, doing special presentations and assist with civic and  no-profit oriented projects.  To schedule an appearance, contact Allison at 952.432.6758 or Kelsie at 320.253.5638.
