Bids for County Highway Construction Projects

Whereas Minn. Statute § 331A.03 Subd. 3(b) allows a county to use its website or recognized industry trade journals as a means to advertise to receive bids for construction projects. Let it be known that from this day forward that Benton County will use the Benton County website https://bentoncountymn.gov/bids.aspx , as the alternative means to disseminate solicitations of bids, requests for information, and requests for proposals for transportation related construction and maintenance projects.
